• Personal and Company Information: We collect names (e.g., Dalal names) and phone numbers that are manually inputted by authorized administrators or staff directly into the application.
• Device Information: We may collect non-personally identifiable device identifiers to facilitate proper data synchronization and manage offline database states reliably.
• App Activity & Telemetry: We meticulously log transactions (check-ins, check-outs, packet returns) to maintain an accurate, immutable history of the entire tender process.

2. Camera & Internet Access

The application requires explicit access to your device's Camera and Internet Connection.

• Camera Access is utilized strictly and exclusively for scanning QR codes and barcodes on physical diamond packets. We absolutely do not record video, take arbitrary photos, or transmit raw camera feeds to any external servers.
• Internet Access is required to securely synchronize your local offline database with our real-time cloud backend infrastructure powered by Supabase.

3. How We Use Your Information

We leverage the information we collect in various essential ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the integrity of our internal tender system.
• Accurately track the real-time status and location of diamond packets (whether they are Available or checked Out by a Dalal).
• Monitor the time duration of Dalal visits for physical security, auditing, and operational efficiency purposes.
• Generate local and downloadable PDF analytical reports strictly for the administrator's official records.

4. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, trade, rent, or expose your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. All data is securely transmitted using industry-standard HTTPS encryption and is persistently stored within our private, encrypted database ecosystem. Access to the application and its data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel who possess a valid, active Company Code and Admin Password.

5. Data Deletion Rights

Because DiamondTender is an internal business utility, any data deletion requests must be directed to the primary administrator of your specific organization. The administrator holds the capability to securely delete individual entries, clear comprehensive tender histories, and completely wipe local database records directly from within the application's secure dashboard.
