Welcome to DiamondTender (Package: com.palpavasiya.diamondtender.app). These terms and conditions outline the strict rules and regulations for the use of the DiamondTender application, developed, maintained, and managed by Pal Patel.

By accessing or utilizing this application, we explicitly assume you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. Do not continue to use DiamondTender if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Authorized Use

DiamondTender is an internal, proprietary business tool designed exclusively for authorized clients, brokers (Dalals), and staff members of the managing diamond organization. Access to the application requires a verified Company Code and an Administrator-issued Password. Unauthorized access, distribution, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass the application's security measures is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. User Responsibilities

As an authorized user of DiamondTender, you explicitly agree to the following obligations:

• Maintain absolute confidentiality of your login credentials and Company Code.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data inputted into the system (e.g., Dalal names, phone numbers, packet statuses).
• Use the application strictly for its intended operational purpose: managing internal diamond inventory and executing tender operations.
• Not utilize the application for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purposes.

3. Data Accuracy and Limitation of Liability

While DiamondTender utilizes a robust real-time cloud synchronization architecture (via Supabase) and highly resilient local offline caching (via SQLite), the managing organization and the developer are not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, data discrepancies, or operational issues arising from user error, hardware failure, or severe network connectivity problems. The application serves primarily as a digital tracking utility. Ultimate verification, security, and auditing of physical diamond inventory remains the sole responsibility of the administrative staff.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Pal Patel and/or his authorized licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, source code, and design assets within DiamondTender. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this tool strictly for your internal business operations subjected to the restrictions set forth in these terms and conditions.

Under no circumstances must you:

• Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material or source code from DiamondTender.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy functional logic from DiamondTender.
• Redistribute proprietary content or APKs/AABs derived from DiamondTender.

5. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to ensure DiamondTender is highly available and operational 24/7. However, we do not provide a 100% guarantee that the application will be completely uninterrupted or entirely error-free at all times. We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice for necessary maintenance, critical security updates, or other operational reasons.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. By using the app, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for the resolution of any disputes.
